ReplyDeleteBeautiful and inspirational haiku.
ReplyDeleteMay creativity, love and beauty continue to surround you and flow through you every moment of 2011.
It has been an absolute blessing and delight reading your essays on your days spent in Africa. From your travels in the lush hills and rutted and pitted roads, with gas station almost non-existent to the villages and the aching sorrow and sadness, and joy of the throbbing heart beat of the soul force of Africa.
cheers,
joanny
Lovely! Happy New Year!
ReplyDeleteKatherine...?
ReplyDeleteDid all your snow melt?
I was over over New Year's and did not even peek into the computer. (very hard to do!) So, a little late, but I offer my hellos and Happy New Years wished to all you dear people!
ReplyDelete@Wysteria: Happy New Year! Spring will be here before we know it!
@Claudia: Thank you dear lady. Happy New Year to you & I hope it brings you wonderful new things!
@Talon: Happy New Year to you too Talon! Hope that the New year brings health & happiness to you and yours.
ReplyDelete@Joanny: Oh Joanny, you don't even know how that touches my soul. You are such a beautiful soul and I am so happy to have gotten the chance to get to know you this past year. The story will continue my friend and I think that I will even make it a little easier for you dear folk who are following it and enjoying the journey. I am going to try to make Mondays a good day for travel in my world. Over the winter months we all need a little more sunshine, so on Mondays I will whisk you off to Africa.
ReplyDeleteI hope the new year brings you the life, love and challenges that are set out for you,as well as the will and strength to meet them, learn and conquer. Be well Joanny.
@Mama Zen: Happy New year to you too!
ReplyDelete@G-Man: I was away to the Toronto area and discovered not a lick of snow to be found. We returned home today to only the snow piles left by the diggers during our recent snow squalls. Winter is but a memory...
ReplyDelete(except for the icy cold! Brrrr!!!!)
feliz ano novo!
ReplyDeleteExcellent, nailed it.
ReplyDelete@mairmusic: I was practicing that very phrase on New Year's with my sister's in-laws! Feliz ano novo to you too!
ReplyDelete@Steve: Bang! Thanks Steve.
