Feathered Friend

Little bird tapping
on my wet window pane
come in from the rain

ah, you knock again
my camera cannot capture
your thoughts today

Dear gold finch friend
insistent on coming in;
thanks for the company

  5. @PattiKen: He visited me several days last week. The one day he tapped at my window off and on all day it seemed. He would tap & tap, then fly off, only to return an hour later. Quite enchanting.

    @Fresh Garden: Really? Oh that would be a welcome and sweet thing! He was very insistent on getting my attention, so I will also cross my fingers on toes on your theory. :)

  6. @Brian: I will send you good thoughts, warm dreams and wishes for all your hearts desire! But I do that anyway my friend. :)

    Hope you have a super weekend Brian.

    @Claudia: Aw, aren't you sweet Claudia. You are such a dear. It is certainly nice to have a visitor and such a pretty one at that!

  8. @Ron: He was a pretty regular visitor last week. The kids even saw him on the weekend. I am thinking that Fresh Garden might have something with his good luck thing too, as there seems to be a few pots starting to bubble on the backburners as well. Interesting...
