There she stood, perfect. He slowly approached with eager anticipation. She was interested. He could see it in the curve of her hip, as she watched him draw near. Mmhmm!
“MOM, HOW DO YOU MAKE SOMEONE GO AWAY THAT YOU DON’T WANT TO PLAY WITH?”she called towards the beach.
Deflated, he paddled his floatie away…
Oops, being silly with a Flash 55 for G-Man. He's one holiday, but I have had this picture kicking around that I have wanted to write a caption to. Poor little guy never stood a chance...
and you clapped her on the back for a job well done and said not to mess with boys until she was at least 21 right? smiles.
ReplyDeleteLoved your 55 Kat!
ReplyDeleteSave this one for about 15 years
Thanks for taking the time to play..You Rock!
@Brian: Damn straight I did! He was kind of annoying anyway. He was like your family at the pool Brian. Mom yelling from her chair on the beach, Dad ignoring them all, sister whining & little boy loudly telling them all what "HE" was going to do (nobody going to tell this young punk how he was going to live his life!).
ReplyDeleteExcellent choice my daughter! Excellent choice...
@G-Man: Hey Galen! Are you back from holidays? Glad to see you stop by. I haven't written any 55s in ages, so jumped in late, but couldn't resist.
ReplyDeleteAnd yeah, I hope that she will still be able to tell the creeps to float off! With her strong will though - no problem (Ha, I HOPE!)
Love it ~ hopefully she keeps that spirit up until the right one floats near!
ReplyDeleteLOL, entertaining.
ReplyDeleteLol! Great story. Picture is adorable too.
ReplyDelete@yellowhousecafe: I hope so too! I am pretty sure that spit and vinegar will last her for a while yet though. :)
ReplyDelete@Steve Isaak: Thanks Steve
@Stranger: It was pretty funny how he so desperately wanted to play with her, but she just didn't want anything to do with him. Good choice this time, but here's hoping that she will continue to make good choices in the future!
Haha! Good girl! :)
ReplyDelete@Me: That's my girl! :)
