on this spring day
the flowers bloom
birds return
and life renews
the hollow space
inside my heart
tears a little bit
gets blown apart
so many days
dark winter knew
silent as the grave
left feeling blue
shall i own them now
or cast pall aside
blossoms burst to life
time for joy's stride
