The Stories & Poetry of a Woman Writing
the music is way cool...went to a concert a couple years back with musicians that played with loops...just two guys that sounded like a huge band...like the tanka as well...the last two lines def spin this very well...
@Brian: Discovered Future of Forestry around Xmas & fell in love with their sound. EtherealAnd thank you for the feedback on the tanka. Struggling to find my voice amongst other writings, responsibilities and demands on time.
Katherine, what an AWESOME post!Your poem is gorgeous, and so is this musical piece you shared. The sound of Future of Forestry is so unique and faaaaaaaabulous! I'm going to head over to You Tube to check out some of their other videos because I've never heard of them before. And what's really cool is that this music goes PERFECT with the words of your poem.VERY cool!Hope you're having a great day, my friend!X
@Ron: I discovered them before Christmas and completely fell in love. They have AMAZING covers of lots of Xmas tunes. As you noted, the music fit perfectly with the words that were coming out of me as well. Thanks for stopping in dear man. You are always a ray of sunshine, whether there are clouds around or not. Blessings to you.xo
